Privacy policy

Pazel exists to help you organize your padel. We collect the minimum needed to make the service work, and nothing else. We do not sell your data.

Your phone number — only to verify you via SMS at sign-in. We never display it to other users.

Your name, primary city, and self-declared padel level — so your group can recognize you.

Your matches, RSVPs, chat messages, and results — the content you generate by using the service.

Your profile photo — optional, only if you upload one.

By default you are only visible within the groups you belong to and within your club. You can broaden visibility to your whole city or restrict it to just your group from your profile settings.

Public match pages (the ones shared via WhatsApp) display your name as "First L." (first name + last initial) — never your full surname, detailed photo, or phone number.

Your club admins can see the club member list. Admin actions are recorded in an audit log.

You receive push notifications for match invitations, reminders, and changes to your matches. You can enable or disable each category from app settings.

You can request a full export of your data. We deliver it within 7 days.

You can request deletion of your account. We delete all your information within 30 days.

In the mobile app we store your session securely on-device (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android).

On the web, we use a session cookie required to keep you authenticated in the admin dashboard. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
